About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher looking to make a real impact on the learning journey of young students. You will be working with children aged 5-7, guiding them through their early educational milestones in a fun and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to high educational standards while also nurturing the individual needs of every child.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching KS1 is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for education and helping young learners develop.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of all learners in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to succeed.
• Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff members to ensure students receive targeted support where needed.
• Engage with parents and carers, providing regular updates on pupil development and working together to support student success.
