They are searching for a Client Manager to join the team.
Your new role
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Reviewing work of apprentices, Semi Senior and Senior Accountants.
- Running a portfolio of clients to Partner review.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and personal financial needs.
- Review and oversee the preparation of bookkeeping records, management accounts, year-end accounts, and statutory accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other compliance documents.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve their financial performance and tax efficiency.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review financial performance and discuss future strategies.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay updated on current tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
