Here at SSCL (Shared Serviced Connected Ltd) we are on the lookout for Administrators to join our organisation to support our government client based at our Centre of Excellence in Glasgow.
You will be responsible for performing a variety of process driven tasks and good IT, organisation and amazing attention to detail skills are crucial within this role and some understanding of what it takes to work in a busy fast paced environment would be fantastic too! You will work with our busy team delivering pension awards across multiple schemes for our clients. You will be responsible for defined core administrative, operational and/or technical activities within a section or department.
This is an office based role, working from our Glasgow office. Once established you can work flexi time between the hours of 6.30am-7pm. However, during the initial training period you will be required to work an 8.30am-5pm shift pattern

What you'll be doing:
- Process work in line with scheme rules
- Resolve queries for our customers
- Production and checking of complex pension calculations
- Accurate record keeping
- Collate, analyse and prepare reports
- Liaise with other internal departments
- Resolve queries, raise as necessary and log if appropriate
- Schedule and prioritise allocated work
- Identify and suggest areas of improvement
- Support line management on any extra admin when required
- Adhere to deadlines

It would be great if you had:
- Previous knowledge of pensions administration
- Strong skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
