Fabric Assistant (Painter)
Annual Salary: £32,000 to £34,421
Location: Central London, W1G
Job Type: Full-time, PermanentMy client, a well-established private hospital in the heart of London, are seeking a dedicated Fabric Assistant to handle various fabric-related tasks including painting, maintenance, and decorating across our facilities. Day-to-day of the role:
Mix paints, match colours, prepare surfaces, and apply paint to these surfaces. You may also perform touch-ups or coordinate larger painting projects.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance inspections in accordance with Clinic procedures.
Participate in a four-on-four off shift system, including night shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Extensive experience in painting & decorating.
Strong awareness of health & safety legislation and experience working to safe systems of work.
Ability to climb ladders and carry heavy equipment.
Commitment to maintaining high standards in all work and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Benefits:
