Interior Sales Advisor

Location: Epsom Town Centre
Salary: Up to £25,000+ (DOE) per annum + uncapped commission on all sales (genuine earning potential £28k - £32k minimum)

We're searching for confident individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a niche retail environment.

If you're driven, personable, and are looking for a new sales opportunity, then this one could be for you!

Responsibilities:

Deliver great customer service and product advice.
Upsell and cross-sell to hit sales targets.
Keep the store tidy and stocked.
Stay updated on trends and work well with the team. Requirements:

Sales experience, ideally in home decor or retail.
Strong communication and people skills.
Confident in upselling and building customer relationships.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Flexible for weekend and holiday work.Benefits:
