Junior Project Manager- South West London- £30,000- £35,000 Per Annum

Junior Project Manager Package Overview:

* £30,000- £35,000 (negotiable, depending on skills and experience)

* Full time permanent position Mon-Fri

* Area covered- Nationwide

* Annual Bonus Scheme

Our client, a specialist in the design, supply, and installation of temporary and semi-permanent structures, is currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their highly valued team on a full-time permanent basis.

Junior Project Manager Role and Responsibilities:

* Assist the Senior Project Manager in delivering projects of varying sizes and complexity.

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to processes, timely completion of documentation, and providing regular progress reports to the Senior Project Manager.

* Collaborate with the design and construction teams to develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time.

* Foster and maintain strong communication and relationships with both suppliers and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

* Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and work to optimise profitability and control costs.

* Prepare risk assessments and method statements for client approval.

* Handle the operational and administrative tasks of a project, ensuring efficiency and high-quality standards.

* Support the Senior Project Manager in the planning and execution of larger-scale projects, ensuring smooth delivery.

* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures, particularly for live events and production environments.

* Lead post-project reviews, sharing key insights and lessons learned with the wider team.

* Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company continues to work in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Junior Project Manager Skills and Experience:

* Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong aptitude for building relationships and collaborating effectively within teams.

* Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with a keen ability to manage time efficiently.

* Capable of juggling multiple tasks and prioritising responsibilities, especially when overseeing several projects at once.

* 1 to 3 years of experience in a Junior Project Manager role, ideally within a related field or industry.
