Job Description
Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate and inspiring qualified Teacher of Science to join a supportive and talented team at one of their partner schools in East Birminghanm (B33)
The school currently have a Science team able to deliver Biology, Chemistry and Physics, so any specialism can be catered for.
The school are seeking an individual who:
Has experience planning and consistently delivering high quality KS3 & 4 Science lessons
Is a well-qualified specialist, holding QTS and a relevant undergraduate degree and can teach across KS3 & 4.
Holds high expectations of work and behaviour.
Your duties will specifically include:
Planning outstanding lessons that meet the needs of all students whilst developing a high-quality sequenced curriculum.
Monitoring and reporting on the progress of students and take appropriate action to ensure all students achieve their potential through exceptional methods of feedback.
Meeting the needs of learners from key identified groups, including pupil premium, looked after children, SEND and High Attaining students.
Recognise, value and support the delivery of opportunities which extend beyond the confines of classroom delivery and seek to enrich and add value to the students experience & learning.
Empowered to develop your own expert practice and support the development of others.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
