Our client, a professional and friendly organisation, is seeking an immediately available Temporary HR Administrator to join their team in White City.
The Role:
As a Temporary HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team with all aspects of HR administration. You will be responsible for providing first point of contact support, assisting with the on-boarding process, managing employee records, and providing operational HR advice.
This is the ideal role for someone looking to support their professional development in HR and gain more exposure!
The Opportunity:
Temporary position from ASAP for 3 months with the potential to extend
Competitive hourly rate of £13.50
Gain hands-on experience in a busy HR environment
Contribute to the improvement of HR services and systems
Work alongside a supportive and professional HR team
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for operational HR queries and respond in a timely manner
Support HR Business Partners in dedicated business areas
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for job campaigns and interviews
Manage the on-boarding process for new joiners, including contracts and right to work verification
Produce HR documentation, such as resignation acknowledgements and reference requests
Ensure accurate processing of payroll changes each month
Maintain employee records, ensuring proper documentation is stored
Carry out the leaver process, including archiving HR files
Provide operational HR advice on policies and procedures
Identify opportunities for HR service improvement and digitisation
Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with numbers and figures
Previous administrative experience
Interest in HR and willingness to develop skills in this area
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Understanding of confidentiality principles
