About the role

Co-ordinator who is on the quest for an opportunity to join a dynamic Learning & Development team with a drive for collective people and business excellence and success.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver, and manage training programmes that drive professional growth and strengthen organisational performance. This role focuses on coordinating impactful learning experiences, maintaining essential training data, and contributing to the evolution of the L&D function through continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement
About you
You should be a passionate and motivated L&D professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a L&D role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience working with Learning Management Systems. You will need strong organisational skills with acute attention to detail and to be an independent problem-solver with a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate should hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET)/CAVA, A1 qualification or equivalent.
