Workplace description: This elegant mansion in the beautiful countryside of Surrey, has a peaceful location surrounded by green gardens, yet only a few minutes from the centre of Woking. The stylish bedrooms each have a flat-screen TV, work desk, luxury modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and high-speed Wi-Fi is which is also available in public areas. Guests can relax in the bar, or enjoy a meal within the hotel’s restaurant which offers a seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients or relax on the terrace overlooking the manicured gardens.
Main duties and responsibilities:
You will be working within our strong team providing important customer interaction for all parts of the hotel – via telephone, email and face-to-face.
Greeting people, fully checking-in and checking-out guests, taking hotel payments, assisting the reservations department with bookings, and ensuring the best guest experience from the first point of contact.
Striving for excellence, you will ensure that every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish.
You will ensure first class presentation, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and have a friendly personality
Continuously working to develop your skills through our outstanding training and development schemes to further your career
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude, even during extremely busy periods
Essential criteria: You will have a passion for the industry and attention to detail. You must also have an excellent attitude and the willingness to learn and be looking to develop your career. You will have at least 1 years previous experience as a Receptionist in a hotel environment and have good team spirit.
