Job Title: Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Stockport

Salary: £40,000 - £80,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Permanent

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for an Estimator / QS to work for an award winning company in Stockport.

Job Description:

You will be required to work on projects across multiple sectors including office, retail and leisure.

Key Responsibilities:

* To work on single stage tenders

* To ensure estimates are tracked and submitted accurately within set time constraints

* To follow up estimates for analysis, audit and review

Requirements:

* Experience/knowledge of pricing

* Previous estimating experience with fit out, civils or groundwork projects

* Previous experience using Evaluate is desirable

* CSCS card

* Full UK driving licence
