Job Description
Are you a primary school qualified teacher in the Black Country area? Are you passionate about providing quality primary education? Are you looking for a flexible and/or regular role that allows you to demonstrate your outstanding teaching skills?
Teaching Personnel is pleased to announce a new partnership agreement with a multi-academy trust with schools located in Wolverhampton, Walsall and Dudley. We are currently recruiting for multiple teachers to provide day-to-day cover across the trust starting from January.
You must have experience working as a Teacher in your chosen key stage, but be flexible to cover throughout year groups. All applicants must hold, or make application for a child workforce DBS- registered on the update service. When covering classes, you must possess strong classroom management skills and be able to provide educational support to students with varying needs. This includes being consistent with their current curriculum and behaviour management taught by the students’ full-time teacher.
There are competitive rates of pay, with a minimum as an ECT of £140 per day, increasing to £160 outside your ECT period. These roles would suit a candidate that can display a warm and friendly positive approach within a classroom environment, utilising previous experience of working with primary school pupils.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
Plan and deliver effective and engaging lessons in all Primary Subjects.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment for students.
Deliver the outlined curriculum effectively and engagingly.
Work effectively alongside teaching assistants and other school staff.
Qualifications and skills:
A keen passion for education and learning.
Be a qualified teacher and previous experience in a primary role.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual students.
Strong classroom management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
