As a Sister Charge Nurse, you will:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hospital Ward and its staff.
Provide clinical leadership and ensure efficient management of ward resources.
Drive clinical excellence in patient care.
Enhance customer service and satisfaction for service users.
Lead and support the nursing team to meet clinical governance standards.
Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

Annual salary up to £54,236.50.
25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.

The ideal Sister Charge Nurse will have:
RN with valid NMC Registration.
Experience in acute nursing care.
Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.

Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
Recruitment and selection skills.
Experience in a senior nursing role within an acute healthcare sector.
