Freud Customer Service Representative
Location: Gosforth (Hybrid working - fully on-site during training)
Hours: Monday - Sunday, 35 hours per week
Salary: £22,000
Contract: 6-month contract (November start date)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have experience handling complex financial queries and supporting vulnerable customers?
I am recruiting on behalf of a leading company, who is looking to expand their fraud team. In this role, you will support customers with credit card and savings-related issues, particularly fraud cases, ensuring their accounts remain secure and protected.
What will you be doing?
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding account details, transactions, and financial products.
Provide information on financial products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Assist customers with account management, including balance inquiries, transfers, and payment processing.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution in line with company policies.
Process account changes, such as address updates, beneficiary changes, and card replacements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries or issuesWhat do you need to apply?
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A background in financial services or fraud prevention is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Empathy and professionalism in dealing with customers, particularly in sensitive or vulnerable situations.Additional Requirements:
