A Junior Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing and growing dealer partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.

Job Summary
The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding key dealer accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of financial technology products and services, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to achieve dealer satisfaction and revenue growth. The Junior Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of the dealers.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
- Understand dealers business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly meet with dealers to review performance, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
Pipeline Management
- Manage a dedicated customer base with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Develop strategies to optimize pipeline efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and increase conversion rates.
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Identify and pursue opportunities within existing accounts to enhance the dealer experience.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
Product & Industry Expertise
- Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better serve clients.
Project Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of new services, ensuring that dealer expectations are met.
Dealer Advocacy
- Act as the voice of the dealer within the company, ensuring that dealer needs and feedback are communicated to relevant teams.
- Work with the internal team to identify opportunities for product/service enhancements based on dealer feedback.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze account performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the financial industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts with high client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of financial technology products and services.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
