Computer Systems Analyst - Senior

Job Description:

CAN BE REMOTE

• Experience supporting applications, application data, and application users

• Provide user support via telephone and on-line support using MS Teams and other remote software

• Working knowledge using Windows 10/11 Windows Server 2012/2016/2022

• Working knowledge using Red Hat Linux 7/8/9

• Knowledge of cloud services AWS/Azure

• Understanding group policies and group policy implementations

• Install, configure and troubleshoot network and client software

• Configure and troubleshoot hardware issues

• Provide software application training

• Understand and interpret security directives and protocols

• Functional knowledge of database management

• Preparing work completion status reports

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Certifications: CCNA-Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, CND, SSCP

• Analytical thinking, planning

• Strong verbal and personal communication skills.

• Accuracy and attention to details.

• Organization and prioritization skills.

• Problem analysis, use of judgment and ability to solve problems efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in mathematics, computer science, one of the physical sciences, engineering or a closely-related scientific discipline is highly desired.

Or

• Associates degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Or

• 10 years of experience.
