Sales Manager

Carolina Staffing Solutions Inc is looking for a Sales Manager in Shallotte, NC!

We are seeking a sale driven candidate with great communication skills, who takes initiative and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should also possess self-marketing skills. This is a performance-based position with pay based on experience and performance. There is also an opportunity for bonuses and commissions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire new members for the gym through direct business to business sales.
• Overseeing all club membership promotions
• Sign up prospects
• Pitch and present products to potential clients through direct communication, in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails, and follow-up with leads
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and market conditions
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results

Requirements:

• Sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to market oneself and the gym effectively.
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Hours: Open Availability

Rate of Pay: $10 per hour plus commission and bonuses.
