General Civil Litigation Attorney (Temp-to-Perm)

Consilio is seeking an Attorney who has at least 2 years of in-court litigation experience in Georgia. You would be assisting with general civil litigation matters that come through this client ranging from personal injury to L&E.

This role is a hybrid setup and would require 3 days working on-site and 2 days remote. The client has a strong desire to do this position as temporary to full-time. Billable hours are not required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have federal and state court litigation experience in Georgia
• Direct in-court civil litigation experience
• Preferred practice areas include Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Torts, Section 1983, and L&E
• Active Bar admission in Georgia in good standing
• Must be open to a hybrid schedule including 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week

Consilio offers flexible talent placement rates that range from $23 to $200 per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, candidate's general skill set, applicability of candidate skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. The rate range for this position is $50 to $60 per hour. If converted to a full-time employee, the permanent salary range for this role is $110,000-$125,000. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
