Department Summary

Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we'll emerge as the nation's fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an ideas portal, gathering input from SMEs and senior management.

Research and analyze new ideas, collaborating with experts and stakeholders.

Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful execution and managing risks.

Select, onboard, and oversee vendors, transitioning relationships to business leaders after pilots.

Track and report on pilot performance, preparing insights for stakeholders.

Work across teams for smooth project transitions, documenting key learnings and process improvements.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management, technical program management, product development, or a similar role

Skills and Qualifications:

Skilled in advising and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects on time and within budget.
Advanced problem-solving skills, using insights to guide executive decisions.
Extensive experience aligning teams to achieve organizational goals.
Passionate about change, inspiring innovation, and leading impactful transformation initiatives.
Thrives in ambiguity, leveraging independence to drive business results.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
