Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents
Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
Core ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Expand your market presence, generating leads, and driving new opportunities for your team.Strategic Leadership: Execute business plans with precision, ensuring systems and processes are followed to achieve predictable, scalable growth.Talent Management: Attract and retain top talent while fostering a results-oriented team culture.Market Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends and use data to make informed decisions that keep your team ahead of the competition.Relentless Execution: Be a self-starter who takes massive action daily to achieve extraordinary results.Qualifications:Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
