We are looking for a Client Advisor who contributes actively to maximize the performance of the boutique through achievement of sales and strategic objectives, assuring a great customer experience and optimum profitability. How will you make an impact? Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process. Develop sales initiatives including high price item sales activities. Greet, serve, and advise clients, providing the best service possible while introducing additional and alternative sales and guiding customers on product selection. Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts. Receive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock. Stock shelves with merchandise. How will you experience success with us? At least 3 years of experience in retail boutique. Fluent in English and Italian. Strong customer and goal orientation. Elegance, outstanding manners, assured sense of style, appreciation of luxury items. Ability to plan and organize work, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Passion for art and design. Reliable, rigorous, with a high sense of responsibility. Accountable for the successful development of the boutique functioning. Exceptional selling skills, outstanding customer focus, and excellent oral communication skills. Able to work as part of a sales team and comfortable working with members of the public.
