Create meaningful professional meetings every day Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located in Montreal, a fullstack .Net developer with at least 5 years of experience. The position is permanent, hybrid mode and with great social benefits. Le poste est permanent, mode hybride et avec de beaux avantages sociaux. - Design, develop and maintain the organization's applications, both Back-End and Front-End. - Ensure the management and maintenance of the architecture of application technology solutions as well as the data architecture. - Define and guarantee high software quality standards within the team, by promoting the adoption of good practices and rigorous methods, such as manual and automated functional testing. - Ensure compliance with development norms and standards, implement best practices and carry out code reviews, while contributing to the continuous improvement of these processes. - Analyze the functional and non-functional specifications of application development or evolution requests, and assess the impacts on the current environment as well as on the technological roadmap. - Assess the consequences of technological choices and provide informed recommendations. - Propose innovative solutions to optimize existing applications and systems. - Provide advice, technical support and training to IT team members and users on the applications, systems and technologies used within the organization. - Ensure the support, configuration, maintenance and proper functioning of applications as well as IT infrastructures made available to end users. - Plan, organize, direct and evaluate activities related to projects under his/her responsibility, ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives. - Contribute to the development of technological strategies and participate in their implementation. - Produce the necessary documentation for the deployment, use and support of applications. - Stay informed of technological developments and best practices in his/her field, and apply them within the organization. - Perform any other related task according to the needs of the organization. - University degree in computer science or equivalent experience. - 5 years of experience in analysis and programming. - Excellent skills and experience in developing and deploying applications on Azure Cloud technologies. - Strong skills in developing and deploying applications based on microservices or web-based client/server architectures. - In-depth expertise in developing applications with .NET 4, C#, Node.js, XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, WebForms, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, TypeScript, React technologies. - Proficiency in relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, or others). - Good command of Windows Server, Linux, Visual Studio, VS Code and Git environments. - Knowledge of SharePoint, Dynamics, Coveo, OpenAM, and Papercut appreciated. - Agile project management skills. - Good command of French, written and spoken. - Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
