Estate Operative
Location: Edgware
Monday to Friday - 8 am till 4 pm
Temp to Perm opportunities
£12.50 p/h
MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENCE TO DRIVE THE BIN TUG
Responsibilities:
Provide a high standard of service to the site and our customers.
Ensure the development and its buildings and common areas are professionally cleaned, well presented and maintained.
Dispose of rubbish in the designated collection area if required.
Keep front entrances, communal stairways, corridors, and passageways clean at all times.
Carry out deep cleaning as requested.
Report any maintenance issues to the development manager.
Keep footpaths and communal areas clean and free of litter.
Follow instructions for equipment maintenance, cleaning, and storage consistently.
Work in accordance with the Company's Health & Safety Policy.
Be prepared to perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the development manager.Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a cleaning operative position.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH.
Confident, polite, and courteous communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Able to work on own initiative and multitask effectively.
