Qualified & Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) Wanted
**Full Time**
Do you have a passion to enhance children’s learning experience? Want to help shape their future? Just finished your PGCE?
Teaching Personnel are on the lookout for dedicated, hard-working & passionate teachers for a full-time role in a primary school in the Barry area starting from September.
Role Duties:
- Create a safe, positive, fun environment in the classroom to instil confidence in all your students.
- Develop a working rapport with the students and colleagues.
- Find an effective way to deliver feedback for the student’s efforts.
- Promote a child-led approach.
- Demonstrate a motivation for continued professional development.
- Teach all areas of the curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have good classroom management skills.
- Up to date with the current Welsh Curriculum.
- Want to enhance every child’s learning and emotional experience in school.
- Have a strong motivation to improve their own skills in a learning environment.
- Confident in teaching all age groups from Nursery to Year 6.

Essentials:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) status (or will have when the job starts in September).
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
What can Teaching Personnel offer?
- Competitive weekly pay (in line with the National Framework Rate) through our Pay as You Earn (PAYE) scheme. (No need to fill out timesheets either, we do that for you!)
