Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Marketing, Brand Shopper Activation Lead has arisen in Surrey, working across a portfolio of recognised brands. The successful candidate will lead a small team, in delivering brand activations and driving strong relationships with FMCG retailers. This role will require physical office presence, 4 days per week, and will bring classical food/drink FMCG experience into a new category.

Description

The successful Marketing, Brand Shopper Activation Lead will be responsible for;

Developing and implementing the brand activation and BTL strategy for the organisation.
Managing the budget for BTL marketing and promotional activities
Developing programmes and deliver highly targeted multi-channel campaigns for cross-sell and upsell.
Understand and report against engagement programme KPIs, Forecast, track, analyse and report on activity.
Leading a small team to deliver stronger retailer relationships and opportunities to deliver memorable brand experiences. Profile

A successful Marketing, Brand Shopper Activation Lead should have;

Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a small team.
Strong understanding of market trends and branding strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
