Assistant Site Manager - Kingston upon Thames
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Site Manager to join the team delivering a residential project in South West London. This development will feature 450+ contemporary homes, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, all designed with private balconies or terraces and set around landscaped gardens.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the day-to-day coordination of site activities to meet the build program.
Ensuring health and safety compliance and maintaining quality standards.
Monitoring progress and addressing on-site challenges effectively.
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain momentum.
Supporting the Site Manager with handovers and customer service excellence.What You’ll Need:
Previous experience in site-based roles, ideally within residential developments.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
