Managing a team of L & D Trainers you'll mix it up getting your hands dirty supporting your team one day and then writing the L & D strategy and Training Plans the next . You and your team will be responsible for supporting the business with it’s impressive and demanding openings programme. The key traits my client is looking for from its people are: energetic, driven, focussed, passionate, hardworking, a positive mind-set, can handle pressure, is commercial, solves problems, has a fresh approach to things and willing to try new solutions, loves an adventure and wants to take people with them, has an entrepreneurial mind-set and people who love working in energised teams. This role is genuinely not for the faint hearted and you must have gained experience in the hospitality industry and be willing to put yourself 'out there' to be counted and to develop your career further.
