Managing a team of L & D Trainers you'll mix it up getting your hands dirty supporting your team one day and then writing the L & D strategy and Training Plans the next . You and your team will be responsible for supporting the business with it’s impressive and demanding openings programme. This role is genuinely not for the faint hearted and you must have gained experience in the hospitality industry and be willing to put yourself 'out there' to be counted and to develop your career further.
