Spirit Process Operator

An opportunity has arisen within InchDairnie Distillery for a Spirit Process Operator.

We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude that can work under own initiative and as part of a team. Carrying out a range of daily tasks to ensure that all aspects of spirit processing on site is completed.

Operating in a busy warehouse environment, the safety of all employees and visitors is paramount and must be always adhered to. Being part of a small team, the successful applicant must have flexibility to assist in other areas of the distillery when required.

Operations include but not limited to:

Manual Cask Handling

Forklift Operations

Filling and Disgorging Casks

Loading and Unloading Tankers of Spirit

Completing HMRC and Internal paperwork

Adhering to General and Site Wide Housekeeping schedules

Assisting with the development and updating of SSOW and Risk Assessments

Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed

Support all other operations on site where required

Experience we are looking for

Counterbalance FLT licence holder 2+ Years (Essential)

Previous experience in the Whisky Industry (Desirable)

Must be able to demonstrate great attention to detail

Competent in Relevant IT systems (Microsoft Office, EMCS, Drams)

Manual Handling Experience
