Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a permanent Resident Liaison Officer on a social housing scheme in West Yorkshire.
This will be a fast paced role as there is up to 12 properties being worked on each week and travel between towns will be required however, mileage will be paid.
My client is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and someone who is confident liaising with tenants and contractors, dealing with any issues promptly and professionally.
Ideally someone who has worked as an RLO previously or someone who has worked within a public sector customer service facing role.
Salary up to £28,000 dependant on experience + a car allowance of £4,260.
