Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description
Working within a multi-disciplinary team on projects focussing primarily on water & wastewater M&E capital maintenance and growth projects. You will attend and contribute to internal and external design review and progress meetings. As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for producing electrical schematic diagrams and documentation and reviewing specifications and designs against industry standards and specifications is vital for the role. Adherence to quality procedures related to safety is crucial and production of Engineering reports & Feasibility studies should be thorough.
You will be motivated by achieving successful project outcomes. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of electrical design in water & wastewater projects. Your remit would be to ensure successful project delivery through driving excellence in electrical design.
The Key Requirements...
Electrical Degree / HND / HNC or equivalent in engineering or related discipline
Experience in design development for clean / wastewater non infrastructure would be desirable
Previous utility industry knowledge and experience is desirable
Ability to liaise and engage with clients and key stakeholders
Provide mentoring, guidance and technical advice to support and supervise junior staff
