Location: Leeds
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE plus commission
Hours: Monday – Friday between 08:30 – 17:30

The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our client's team within the printing sector. In this role, you’ll be responsible for winning new business, retaining current accounts, and maximising growth opportunities. You’ll work collaboratively with a team while also being comfortable taking initiative on your own. If you’re enthusiastic, target-driven, and have a talent for building strong client relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role
You will have full autonomy whilst being responsible for selling and account managing. You will be
Lead the engagement for acquiring new opportunities & business within B2B, trade print & work wear markets
Maintain & grow relationships with existing clients and review lapsed clients to establish future needs
Manage workload to meet customer requirements
Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business key strategic objectives
React to customer / partner queries in a professional and timely manner.
Work with supporting departments to resolve sales requests to a satisfactory standard
Accurately complete sales documentation which supports the sale of services that include opportunity assessment reviews, quotations, proposals and tenders
Lead on the creation and delivery of new business presentations with customers
Make sure that the CRM system is kept updated with customer and opportunity information in line with the KPI’s set by your manager.
Provide information to managers and other internal individuals / departments in an accurate and timely mannerThe Ideal Candidate
At this stage in your career, you will be self-disciplined, have a strong personal drive to achieve and have the confidence to converse with anyone. Further to this, you will:
