Job Title: Fire and Security Alarm Service Engineer (Security Biased)
Location: Leeds
A leading company in the fire protection and security industry is looking for a full-time, permanent Fire and Security Alarm Service Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of service and safety for a growing portfolio of clients across Leeds and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm systems at client premises.
Provide support for intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate the ability to work independently when required.
Ideal Candidate:
Fire experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
Familiarity with planned maintenance of Security systems.
Experience with various CCTV, Intruder and Access Control Systems.
Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Willingness to work hard, multitask, and perform well under pressure.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to pass an enhanced CRB check.
FIA or other industry qualifications are desirable.
Capable of completing accurate worksheets and submitting them electronically in a timely manner.
Be part of the on-call rota once every seven weeks.
Benefits:
£30,000 - £32,000 Base Salary (OTE: £50,000 - £55,000)
Uncapped Commission Scheme on all Remedial Works
