Job Description
An ambitious consultancy based in Sussex is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join its rapidly expanding Fire Risk Assessor team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about fire safety and eager to advance their career in a dynamic environment.
The Fire Risk Assessor Role
As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for managing projects independently and your diary. Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments on various projects, including residential, commercial, HMOs, and high-rise buildings
Undertaking compartmentation surveys
Providing client-facing services, ensuring high standards of technical delivery
Supporting the preparation of documents, policies, and proceduresRequirements
3+ years of experience in fire risk assessment
IFSM Level 2 qualification
Experience visiting sites to do Type 1-4 risk assessments
Professional membership (IFE/IFSM)
Experience with residential, commercial, and retail projects
Interest in career progression in the risk assessment industryWhat's on Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £47,000 to £55,000 (DOE)
