Salary: £46,000 per annum (including tronc)

What We’re Looking For:
We need a dynamic and dedicated individual with:
* Fine dining experience and a passion for exceptional service.
* The ability to hit the ground running, bringing leadership and expertise.
* A clear understanding of what it takes to sustain Michelin standards.
* Strong organizational skills to oversee daily operations and inspire the team.
* A keen eye for detail, ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless experience.
What We Offer:
* A 5-day working week, with the restaurant closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
* A competitive salary of £46,000 per annum (including tronc).
