What will you do as HR & Payroll Assistant?
* HR - Manage and maintain employee records &personal information
* Support with Onboarding & Offboarding
* Support the recruitment process job adverts & scheduling interviews
* Payroll - Assist with the running of end-to-end payroll for 600+ employees
* Dealing with payroll-related queries from employees
* Provide general support to the wider HR & Payroll team when necessary
What do you need as a HR & Payroll Assistant?
* Experience in payroll and HR administration functions
* Experience with SAGE software
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
