Skincare Counter Manager

A skincare and beauty brand is searching for a dedicated Counter Manager to be based in Edinburgh.

As Skincare Counter Manager based in a premium department store, you will provide exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge to both new and existing customers, resulting in achieving account sales targets. You will:

• Demonstrate the brand’s values
• Share your passion for all things luxury skincare and beauty by tailoring your approach to each individual customer’s needs
• Provide skincare/beauty advice to create a meaningful and memorable customer experience
• Generate sales to achieve sales targets and maximise selling opportunities by link-selling and cross-selling
• Capture customer data qualitatively and quantitatively for loyalty purposes in compliance with data applicable regulation
• Stay updated on offline and online beauty trends and competition

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and training in the beauty retail industry and is passionate about innovative beauty trends and all things skincare. You are creative with a can-do attitude and have excellent business acumen including sales analysis, inventory management and business operations.

You are sales and KPI-driven with a proven history of achieving targets. You enjoy creating perfect customer experiences through personal and trustworthy advice. As an open-minded, adaptive individual, you are always eager to explore and learn new things.
