We are seeking an experienced large format printer operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience running a Vutek with Fiery RIP and will be responsible for printing on a variety of materials including vinyl, optically clear films, sheet material, acrylics, dibond, and more. This is a full-time role based in SE London, reporting to the production manager.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Vutek or similar large-format digital printers
• Proficiency in monitoring print quality and troubleshooting print job errors
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet production deadlines
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high print standards.
• Technically and mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.
• Positive “Can Do” attitude and team player mindset.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital printing (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot on the fly and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
