Assistant Store Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Selfridges Concession on a permanent, full-time basis.

As Assistant Store Manager you will play a key role in assisting the Store Manager in leading, developing and inspiring a team of Sales Assistants in delivering outstanding one-on-one luxury customer service.

The successful Assistant Store Manager will be an inspirational leader with real passion for retail and luxury lingerie.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of Supervisory or Assistant Store Manager experience within premium/luxury retailer (essential)
• Have previous experience in achieving personal targets through building and maintaining relationships with luxury clients
• Promote exceptional customer service within our Selfridges team and lead as example
• Assist in the performance management of all staff using monthly performance reviews and yearly appraisals
• Ensure luxury standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation are maintained within the concession
• In conjunction with the Store Manager be responsible for smooth operational running of our Selfridges concession
• Have a real passion for lingerie and great inter-personal and communication skills
