Role: Care Coordinator
Location: Medway- must be a driver
Salary: £25,000-£26,000
Hours: 40 hours per week
An exciting opportunity for an organised administrator with experience in scheduling/rotas within the care industry to join a company making a big difference locally. Joining this charity partner at an exciting time, you will support a General Manager to coordinate a domiciliary care team in Kent.
Starting off small but with plans to grow, you will at first be responsible for scheduling 3-4 Dementia Befrienders to clients in the Hoo area. As the team grows, so will this role with you at the forefront of the operation helping to recruit new Befrienders, assist with payroll, create specialised care plans and more!
Duties will include:
Scheduling dementia Befrienders to clients and managing the company diary
Handling incoming calls and emails from new and existing clients to support with queries regarding service
Meet with potential clients and their families to introduce them to the service and their befriender
Assisting General Manager with befriender on-boarding and training
Raising invoices for services
Completing compliance documentation
Being main point of contact for Befrienders
Monitoring performance
