We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes by the restaurant’s standards.
* Collaborate closely with the executive chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
* Assist in menu planning, including the creation of daily specials.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Support junior team members and contribute to their training and development.
* Participate in stock management and ordering processes.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a Michelin-starred environment.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and a passion for seasonal and local produce.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
