We build on the essential ingredients required to build strong, long-term partnerships. We become an extension of our clients’ teams as we work together to help them achieve digital visions. With teams spread across the UK, we deliver an exceptional customer experience and speed of delivery which is second to none.
Scope & Purpose
The Technical Project Coordinator plays a key supporting role to both the Project Coordinator and Project Manager, providing essential technical troubleshooting, remote configuration, and ongoing support to the Project team, both in and out of the office. As new services are introduced to the account, the role will evolve and expand to meet the growing needs of the project.
Primary Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues from Field Technical Services, Installation teams, and Project teams.
* Provide timely support to the Project team for technical queries and problem resolution.
* Regularly update and contribute to Project team discussions and Project Management processes to drive continuous service improvement.
* Learn and master internal systems (CMS) to monitor schedules and track field activities effectively.
* Contribute to the creation and refinement of technical documentation, including surveys, installation guides, cabling standards, configuration processes, and sign-off documents.
* Proactively identify areas where documentation can be improved, particularly in relation to on-site activities.
* Make remote configuration changes to live databases, understanding the full scope and operation of the site systems.
* Troubleshoot and communicate effectively with Field Engineers to ensure systems are running optimally.
* Review and interpret site drawings, ensuring that new networking and patching solutions are accurately documented.
* Ensure documentation adheres to version control standards and is communicated seamlessly across all teams (internal and external).
* Maintain regular communication with Project teams and Field Resources to ensure alignment on project status and requirements.
* Record and report technical issues raised by engineers on-site, providing detailed daily/weekly updates to management and identifying patterns to pinpoint areas requiring additional training or resources.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Knowledge of EPoS systems and experience with Power and Data Network Infrastructure (desirable).
* Experience in remote desktop support and system configuration.
* Strong organisational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Trustworthiness and a high level of discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Adaptable, with the flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours as needed.
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary of up to £28K.
* Contributory Pension scheme.
* 23 days annual holiday.
* Flu vaccination & Free Eye Tests
* Access to a benefits portal offering discounts on retail, hospitality, cinema, flights, and more.
* Cycle-to-work scheme.
* Modern office environment with amenities such as a pool table, tennis table, and an on-site pub garden for team events during warmer months.
* Charity events and team-building parties.
* Fresh fruit and breakfast provided daily.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing team, while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment
