Job Description
Inplace Personnel Services Ltd are currently seeking a highly motivated & experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team of seasoned professionals within our Mansfield Branch.
We have demonstrated year on year growth as a business and are now looking to further develop and increase our stake within the Temporary Recruitment market sector regionally.
The purpose of this role will be to develop, grow and manage temporary recruitment business on your desk through active sales – from initial introduction of our company to regular site meetings with prospective clients and ongoing support thereafter.
Full autonomy will be given to support with the clients you will be supplying.
We are looking for someone to make an immediate impact through new business sales, who is seeking long term career progression and develop their own team.
Our Ideal Candidate:
· Previous Recruitment Sales experience of working within a busy agency.
· Able to develop and foster long-term relationships.
· Specialist experience in temp to perm recruitment within the Industrial Sector.
· Experience of social media and job boards – candidate attraction.
· Have a solid understanding of recruitment compliance, pay rates and costings.
· Able to work effectively, organise and manage your own workload and diary daily.
· Full UK Driving License AND access to your own vehicle – Essential.
Hours of Work:
· Monday to Friday – 40hrs per week flexibly. NO ON CALL.

· Salary up to £35,000 pa basic – realistic year 1 OTE: £40,000+
