Day One Occupational Health Nurse

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Occupational Health Nurse in our Day One 24/7 centre
About the Role:
This is a clinic based role working Tuesday 8hours, Saturday 12 hours and Sunday 12 hours.
There is also an option to work part time Tuesday 8 hours, Saturday 6hours and Sunday 6 hours.
There will be a requirement to cover night shifts to cover annual leave
An RGN with experience answering absence calls within a 24/7 centre; processing fit4jobs pre-employment questionnaires; processing blood results.
- Must hold a valid NMC.
- Have a minimum of 6 months UK based work-experience.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience in occupational health or a related field
- Strong IT skills. Must be computer literate and proficient with Word, Excel etc and have the ability to ‘talk and type’.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
-Administrative tasks using bespoke OH software. Understanding of inoculation injuries.
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of employees. A strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for this role.
