Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Full Sales Cycle: From initial customer engagement to the final delivery of the vehicle, you will take ownership of every step of the process. This includes liaising with customers, ensuring the car is ready for delivery, and meeting customer expectations.
2. Attention to Detail: You will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of the car and sale is executed with precision, ensuring no details are overlooked when it comes to getting the vehicle ready for the customer.
3. Self-Motivated Sales: While you will be given the tools and support to succeed, this is a role that requires you to take initiative and drive results. Your focus will be on achieving set sales targets and maximizing your earnings through commission.
4. Customer-Focused Approach: You will build genuine relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering a seamless sales experience that exceeds their expectations.
5. End-to-End Responsibility: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the sale, ensuring timely vehicle preparation, documentation, and customer satisfaction
Key Qualifications & Skills:
1. Experience: Previous car sales experience is not required, but a background in sales or customer service is advantageous.
2. No Pushy Sales Techniques: We value individuals who can connect with customers in a natural, non-pressured way. You should be able to influence and build trust without being overly aggressive or pushy.
3. Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is crucial in ensuring that both the sales process and the car preparation are executed perfectly.
4. Self-Motivation: This role requires someone who is driven to achieve results and is proactive in meeting targets without constant supervision.
5. Computer Literate: You will need to use basic software and systems to manage customer records, vehicle details, and sales documentation.
6. Clean Driving License: A valid, clean driving license is required for test drives and ensuring the vehicle is delivered to the customer.
