In this exciting role you will develop and manage all aspects of the MHE training operation for both Internal and external candidates ensuring the training delivered meets quality standards, and exceeds customers expectations.

What youll do as our Training Manager?

• Plan, design and occasionally delivery FLT training to both internal and external customers
• Manage a mixed team of onsite and offsite MHE trainers as well as office based staff with a focus on productivity and quality
• In conjunction with the Customer Service Director create a business plan including marketing which meets all financial and productivity targets
• Ensure all quotations are presented and followed up with customers in a timely manner
• Create and produce timely management information in the form of reports and presentations
• Ensure legislative and governing body terms and conditions are met at all times

What We're Looking For In A Training Manager?

• Proven experience as a training manager ideally within FLT driver training
• Strong management skills with the ability to motivate office and field based staff
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for training
• Experienced with customers with the ability to win new business and retain current customers
• Organised and efficient leader who can schedule and prioritise a varying and often demanding workload
• RTITB Qualified
