We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a well-established and reputable engineering firm in the UK building services industry.
Position: Electrical Supervisor
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 & vehicle/car allowance
Location: Manchester

As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and maintenance projects, ensuring that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
*
Supervise and coordinate electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
*
Lead and manage electrical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
*
Conduct site inspections and ensure that all electrical installations meet quality and safety standards.
*
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and report on site performance to senior management.
What We’re Looking For
*
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Supervisor role within the building services or facilities management sector.
*
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards (NICEIC or similar certification is advantageous).
*
Proven experience leading teams on-site and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
*
A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with strong organisational skills.
