Ecommerce Executive

The Ecommerce Executive is an essential part of our busy and high-performing Ecommerce team.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, this role is responsible for the implementation of the Ecommerce plans. You will be hands-on with our website, focusing on CRM and email marketing, content creating and planning, testing, and optimising the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will be commercially focused with an exceptional eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of eCommerce on online store developments and content plans
• Lead and own CRM and e-mail marketing, blogging, web content visuals and descriptions
• Keep the trade calendar up to date
• Produce Ecommerce sales reports and KPI analytics reports
• Carry out SEO best practices across the website to optimise its performance
• Lead the customer service team, provide outstanding customer service through calls and emails, promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
• Support the daily administration and running of the Estella Bartlett website
• Responsible for the online product lifecycle management from range through to product releases and category merchandising.
• Recommend and implement enhancements with the web development agency
• Assist with all operational projects, including logistics initiatives, customer surveys, packaging enhancements and customer service strategy
• Assist with additional tasks as required

Role Requirements

• 1 to 2 years Ecommerce experience
• Knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Dotdigital, Klaviyo and basic HTML
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Ability to produce high quality content using Adobe CC
• Passionate about fashion trends and the digital environment
• Analytical and commercially focused
• Visual and aesthetic awareness
• The desire and determination to develop and increase skill set and knowledge
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and a passion for researching and learning about upcoming new digital marketing avenues
• Excellent computer skills, competent with Office and Content Management Systems
