Job Description: Sales Advisor - Newry & Mourne - Hybrid Working

Clever Closet Ltd. is seeking talented Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Newry & Mourne.


We are looking for excellent communicators with superior people skills who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. It will be a varied and interesting role which involves converting warm leads, working into Irish and UK markets and following up to ensure orders are complete and customers are satisfied.


About You:


Clever Closet Ltd is looking for candidates with a proven track record in the Sales/Customer Service area.

The successful candidates should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive individuals with a proven track record in sales.

Candidates should be excellent communicators, with an ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.

Candidates should thrive in a collaborative team environment and should have a positive attitude and ability to contribute to team goals and share information

Candidates should have excellent time management and have a proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage their own workload according to changing priorities



The Role:


As a Clever Closet Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our Company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:


Contacting customers through phone, email, and chat-based platforms, focusing on warm leads.

Pipeline Management: You will effectively manage an extensive sales pipeline, following up with potential customers and maintaining strong relationships.

Achieving Company KPIs: Successful candidates will strive to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Fast-Paced Environment: Candidates should excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Sales Administration: You will be required to complete sales administration tasks with attention to detail, while providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

We Offer:


This full-time position comes with a very competitive package including a generous uncapped commission structure:

On target earnings of £44,000+ that allows the motivated strong seller to earn more. The package comes with a secured base salary.

Hybrid Working: Strong performers have the opportunity to work remotely as required, benefiting from our hybrid working model.

Holiday Benefits: 20 days of holiday per annum
