We’re expanding our team and looking for a driven Appointment Setter to play a critical role in guiding prospects to our Enrollment Coaches, who turn interest into committed participation.

About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first contact for prospective clients, assessing their interest and readiness for our programmes. Your role is to set high-quality appointments that allow our Enrollment Coaches to focus on bringing the best members onboard. This role also offers opportunities to generate your own leads and to support the development of our B2B partnerships, allowing you to expand Goodnick’s reach and create new growth pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 100 daily outbound calls to book quality appointments with prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they’re a good fit for our coaching programmes.
  • Follow up promptly to maximise attendance of booked appointments.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and appointments.
  • Identify and engage new leads through self-generated outreach.
  • Support the growth of Goodnick’s B2B partnerships by identifying potential business clients and nurturing early-stage conversations.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to the Sales Department.

Ideal Candidate

  • Interest in Sales, or Customer Service.
  • Competent computer skills across various platforms.
  • Strong communicator with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and driven.
  • Proactive, with a passion for building connections and developing partnerships.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Entry Level Base Salary
  • Commission: 5% commission on each closed sale from appointments you set.
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: Additional bonuses are available each quarter based on individual performance and overall contribution to team goals.
  • Expected Total Minimum Earnings: Approx. £27,500 per year, inclusive of target driven bonuses and commission, with the potential to earn more through additional closed deals or high-quality appointments.
