Sales Assistant - fixed terms 6 months

SCOPE

• Ensure top level customer service
• Contibute to to the achievement of the store target, ensuring good sales level
• Maintain outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standards
• Contribute to stock activities (deliveries, stock maintenance)
• Help to process the e-commerce marketplace orders following the instructions of the Store Manager
• Updated with product information
• Follow company policies and procedures (grooming and uniform guidelines)

TASKS

• Welcoming customers
• Customer service focus (data collection, recalling and after-sales activities making use of devices provided by the company)
• Be always updated about new shipments
• Create a direct customer portfolio
• Take care of business relationship with the customer
• Handle complaints with Senior Manager
• Make best use of the devices provided by the company to accomplish sales goals

• IT skills (excel/word)
• Solid comunication and interpersonal skills
• Results oriented
• Ability to adapt to the work environment
• Ability to use Crm (Customer relationship management)
• Deep knowledge in product and inventory
