Job Description
SCOPE
- Ensure top level customer service
- Contibute to to the achievement of the store target, ensuring good sales level
- Maintain outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standards
- Contribute to stock activities (deliveries, stock maintenance)
- Help to process the e-commerce marketplace orders following the instructions of the Store Manager
- Updated with product information
- Follow company policies and procedures (grooming and uniform guidelines)
TASKS
- Welcoming customers
- Customer service focus (data collection, recalling and after-sales activities making use of devices provided by the company)
- Be always updated about new shipments
- Create a direct customer portfolio
- Take care of business relationship with the customer
- Handle complaints with Senior Manager
- Make best use of the devices provided by the company to accomplish sales goals
SKILLS
- IT skills (excel/word)
- Solid comunication and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented
- Ability to adapt to the work environment
- Ability to use Crm (Customer relationship management)
- Deep knowledge in product and inventory
- Ability to adapt and prioritize across multiple tasks
